Responsibilities Perform professional barbering services including haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and grooming using straight razors and other tools Deliver expert hair coloring, hair styling, and hair extension services tailored to each client's preferences Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations Utilize salon software such as

MINDBODY

for scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing retail sales Provide excellent customer service by listening carefully to client needs and offering personalized recommendations Upsell retail products like hair care items, nail care products, and styling accessories to enhance client satisfaction and store revenue Mentor junior team members on techniques such as eyelash extensions, nail care, and retail math strategies Experience Valid cosmetology or barbering license required; experience working in the beauty industry is highly preferred Proven expertise in hair care, coloring theory, barbering techniques including straight razor shaves, and hair styling Familiarity with salon management software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with clients and team members Experience working with diverse clientele on services like hair extensions, eyelash extensions, and nail care is a plus Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety standards within a salon environment Previous experience in retail sales and upselling within a salon setting is advantageous Join us to make a difference through your artistry!
