Duties Perform a variety of beauty services including hair styling, hair extensions, barbering, and esthetic laser treatments with precision and care Provide expert nail care services such as manicures, gel manicures, acrylic nail application, nail extensions, pedicures, and nail care consultations Apply color theory principles to recommend and execute hair coloring techniques that enhance client appearance Conduct skin treatments like dermabrasion and body waxing while adhering to salon safety protocols and sanitation standards Offer eyelash extensions, hair threading, and other specialized cosmetic services to meet diverse client needs Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized work environment by following disinfection procedures and salon safety protocols Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences, provide professional recommendations, and upsell retail products to enhance their experience Requirements Valid cosmetology license issued by the state or relevant licensing authority Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of services performed Knowledge of color theory, nail extensions, gel manicures, acrylic nail application, and other advanced beauty techniques Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their individual needs Ability to perform multiple treatments efficiently while maintaining high quality standards Strong understanding of sanitation practices and disinfection procedures in a salon setting Retail sales experience including retail math skills for upselling products effectively Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings and weekends as needed Join us if you're passionate about transforming clients' looks through innovative techniques and personalized care!
