We are an established, highly rated shop with a loyal client base and a professional team. Many of our team members have been with us for years. We specialize exclusively in haircuts — tapers, fades, scissor cuts, and kids' cuts. Our service menu does not include color or any chemical services. Position Overview This role is built for someone early in their career who wants to get genuinely good at cutting. We provide paid training and hands-on mentorship from experienced barbers, with a clear path to grow your skills, your speed, and your income. Whether you have a couple of years behind the chair or recently earned your license, we'll teach you our system rather than leaving you to figure it out on your own. We tailor the onboarding to your experience. Depending on your background, you may begin taking clients right away, or start by supporting the floor and front desk while shadowing our team to learn our cutting system. Either way, you'll be paid hourly from day one. This is a W-2 position. Candidates seeking booth rental arrangements are not a fit.
