Duties Perform precise haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and grooming services using professional barbering tools such as straight razors and clippers Provide expert advice on hair care, styling, coloring, and hair extensions tailored to each client's preferences and hair type Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulation Assist clients with product recommendations for hair care, styling, makeup application, eyelash extensions, nail care, and retail purchases Educate clients on proper hair maintenance techniques including hair threading and advanced styling methods Support store management with front desk duties such as greeting clients, managing bookings, and upselling retail products Skills Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a focus on barbering and hairstyling techniques Expertise in haircutting using straight razors, hair coloring including color theory principles, and hair extensions application Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build rapport with diverse clients Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute positively to team dynamics Proficiency in retail math for upselling products such as hair care items, makeup products, eyelash extensions, nail care supplies, and styling tools Familiarity with front desk operations including appointment booking and client check-in procedures Skills in retail sales techniques to maximize revenue opportunities while delivering exceptional service Ability to perform additional beauty services like hair threading, makeup application, eyelash extensions, and nail care as needed Join us as a Licensed Barber where your talent meets opportunity!
