• Barber Stylist who's ready to bring the noise, the charm, and the kind of cuts that make people stare ( in a good way ). At Floyd's, you choose how you earn: start at 40% commission and climb to 55% with no caps , or opt for guaranteed minimum wage
• either way, your hustle pays off. We reward performance weekly, so the more you bring in, the more you take home
• simple, fair, and fully in your hands. Our barbers and stylists usually take home an average of $33.50
• $66/hour .
