Ideally, you've spent around 3-5 years behind the chair. Who we're looking for Our sweet spot is a stylist with approximately 3-5+ years of experience behind the chair , but experience alone isn't what will make someone a great fit at Nové. We're interested in the person behind the résumé. You may have more experience and be searching for an environment that reignites your creativity. You may have slightly less experience but be ready to grow quickly. You may already have a clientele, or you may be rebuilding after a move or career change. What matters most is that you love this industry, care deeply about your work and your guests, and are excited about continuing to grow. A valid Colorado cosmetology license is required.
