Experience Proven experience working as a professional hairstylist within the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of diverse styling work. Demonstrated proficiency in hair coloring techniques including balayage and corrective color applications. Knowledge of sanitation standards specific to cosmetology practices including sterilization of tools like straight razors. Experience working with a variety of hair types and textures while maintaining high-quality service standards. Ability to communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations confidently. Prior experience in retail sales within a salon setting is preferred to support upselling efforts.
