for appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales tracking Upsell retail products such as hair care items, grooming tools, and styling products to enhance client satisfaction and store revenue Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, and ensuring seamless store operations Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hair styling, coloring, and customer service best practices Experience Valid cosmetology or barbering license required; experience working in the beauty industry is highly preferred Proficiency with salon software systems like MINDBODY or similar platforms Skilled in traditional barbering techniques including straight razor shaves and beard grooming Knowledge of hair coloring techniques, color theory, and hair extensions application Familiarity with sanitation protocols and store management practices to ensure a safe environment Strong communication skills for effective client consultation and team collaboration Experience in retail sales, upselling strategies, and retail math to maximize revenue opportunities Ability to perform additional services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair threading is a plus Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier grooming services in a lively setting where your skills can shine!
