Responsibilities Provide professional hair cutting, styling, and grooming services tailored to each client's preferences. Perform barbering services including traditional and modern haircutting techniques. Conduct hair coloring treatments utilizing color theory principles to achieve desired results. Apply hair care treatments and recommend suitable products for clients' hair health. Assist clients with hair extensions and other specialized styling techniques. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and offer expert advice on hairstyles and maintenance. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the work area in compliance with safety regulations. Stay updated on current trends, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing education. Build strong customer relationships through excellent customer service, ensuring repeat business and positive reviews. Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a hairstylist or barber. Demonstrated expertise in cosmetology, including haircutting, styling, coloring, and hair care treatments. Experience working with diverse hair types and textures is preferred. Strong knowledge of color theory and application techniques. Excellent communication skills to engage with clients effectively and provide personalized recommendations.
