What You'll Do:

Growth:

All new stylists participate in Thrive Hair Bar's signature training—eight sessions over 8 weeks—hosted at our flagship Washington, D.C. location. This hands-on experience sharpens your technical skills and elevates your client care to a luxury standard. This training is required and offering complimentary to all team members

Compensation:

Guaranteed hourly pay during your first 60 days or a $500 sign-on bonus after your first 60 days if starting as commission. Service commission + retail commission + generous tips Earning potential: $40,000 - $70,000+ annually (part-time team members average $38K per year while full-time team members average $78K per year) Complimentary advanced trainings always included
