Job Summary Join our Agniveda Ayurvedic wellness center as a Licensed Cosmetologist, where your passion for beauty and dedication to client satisfaction will shine! In this vibrant role, you will provide expertise in skin care. We use only organic made in house products in accordance with Ayurvedic traditions,meaning no harmful chemicals, no nail polish-only hygienic pedicure, body scrubs,body wraps,facials and scalp treatments. Your creativity, technical skills, and exceptional customer service will help create a welcoming atmosphere where clients feel pampered and valued. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a calm,welcoming environment while making a positive impact on every guest's experience. Training provided. Duties Deliver professional scalp treatments and heir masks services. Perform a variety of hand and feet parafin treatments, hygienic pedicure with natural organic decoccions soaking. Apply skincare treatments including dermabrasion and esthetic laser procedures to promote healthy skin. Execute body waxing as add on to other treatments. Maintain salon safety protocols by adhering to disinfection procedures and sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their beauty goals, provide personalized recommendations. Administrative procedures. Requirements Valid cosmetology license issued by the appropriate state licensing board. Proven expertise is a plus,but not required, we can train you abd provide practice,so you feel comfortable providing stress free services. Ability to work near humidity- on the side of steam room and hydrotherapy, like Korean head spa,jala dhara and shirodhara. Strong knowledge of salon safety protocols, sanitation standards, disinfection procedures, and client communication. Ability to perform multiple services efficiently while maintaining high-quality results. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that encourages repeat business and positive reviews. Knowledge of retail sales techniques and retail math to effectively upsell products that complement client treatments,but tgete is no set percentage goals,we don't push this type of sales.
