Job Description

Overview We are seeking talented and passionate Barber/Stylists to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional grooming services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Your expertise in barbering and styling will help enhance our clients' appearances and boost their confidence. If you have a keen eye for detail, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and sanitation, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Perform a variety of hair cutting, styling, and grooming services using techniques such as straight razor shaving and traditional barbering methods. Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing professional advice on styles and treatments. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and the overall salon environment in accordance with health regulations. Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments through

MINDBODY

software and managing client inquiries. Provide exceptional customer service by creating a friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat business. Stay updated on the latest trends in hair cutting and coloring techniques to effectively recommend services and products to clients. Promote shop services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and drive sales. Skills Proficiency in barbering techniques including straight razor shaving. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Knowledge of color theory for effective hair coloring services. Familiarity with SQUIRE or similar appointment scheduling software is preferred. Ability to sanitize tools and maintain a clean workspace consistently.
