Consult With Clients to Personalize Services Maintain Top-Tier Sanitation and Safety Standards Disinfect tools, clippers, razors, and workstations regularly. Follow state board regulations and shop protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients and staff. Mentor and Collaborate With Team Members Share expertise with junior barbers or apprentices by demonstrating cutting techniques, client communication skills, and customer-service best practices. Foster a supportive, team-driven atmosphere. Drive Retail Engagement Experience Proven experience in barbering with a strong portfolio of hairstyling work. Knowledge of sanitation protocols essential for maintaining a safe environment for clients and staff. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients while providing outstanding customer service. Mentoring experience preferred for guiding new team members in technical skills and customer interactions.

Pay:

$600.00 - $850.00 per week
