As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the beauty and confidence of our clients through exceptional hair care services. You will be responsible for providing personalized consultations, executing various hair techniques, and ensuring a positive experience for every client. Duties Perform a variety of hair services including cuts, color treatments, styling, and hair extensions. Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Maintain knowledge of color theory to provide expert advice on color selection and application. Engage in retail sales by recommending hair care products that suit clients' needs. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the workstation and salon environment. Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service. Qualifications Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment. Proficiency in various hair techniques including cutting, coloring, and styling. Familiarity with retail math to assist in product sales. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of current trends in hairstyling and beauty products is preferred.
