for appointment scheduling, client records, and sales tracking to ensure smooth operations Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly cleaning tools, stations, and work areas in accordance with health regulations Provide personalized consultations to understand client needs, recommend suitable treatments, and educate on hair care routines Apply makeup and other beauty treatments to complete the client's look when requested Upsell products and additional services to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue through effective communication skills Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in hair styling techniques, color theory, barbering, and customer service best practices Skills Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of hairstyling, coloring, and hair extension techniques Proficiency with salon management software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms for scheduling and client management Expertise in sanitation practices to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff Knowledge of hair care products, color theory, and advanced styling methods including the use of straight razors when appropriate Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored recommendations Ability to perform makeup application to complement hairstyles or special occasions Strong store management abilities including inventory control, sales upselling, and team collaboration Join us if you're passionate about transforming looks with energy and precision!
