Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in hair care and styling techniques, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services while ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for clients. Duties Provide a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments. Demonstrate knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results for clients. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations. Assist with front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments using our software. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience. Experience Previous experience as a Hair Stylist or in a related role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols in the salon environment. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
