It should probably be you. The salon is open, the guests are still coming in, and the leader's chair is empty. Nothing to inherit and nothing to undo. It is a full-service salon. Color, foils, perms, relaxers, and the corrective work that walks in when somebody else got it wrong. You would be running all of it. The money. You earn the greater of 50% commission on your service sales or $17.00 an hour, guaranteed, and you keep all of your tips on top of either one. That is 50% from your first day, with no qualifying period and no ladder to climb. Product pays up to 25% on the same plan. Your tips go on your Instant Tip card multiple times a day, not held for weeks until a paycheck, and there is no fee to you. There is a monthly bonus on your salon's results, and a $250 rebuilding bonus every month for your first six months for getting the salon back to growing. We will put the whole grid and the bonus plan in front of you at the interview. Every step, every threshold, before you decide anything. The opportunity is already here. We are inside a Walmart Supercenter. Thousands of people walk through the store every day and most of them walk straight past the salon. Going and getting them is part of the job, and you are on the clock for all of it: the aisles, the Vision Center, the Auto Care Center. You never have to go outside to do it, and you will not spend months finding out whether you can make rent on a booth while you build a book. We hire carefully. We would rather take longer and find the right person than fill a chair and do this again in ninety days. The guests you take in your first months are the ones who ask for you by name when they come back. What you will lead Your own chair. This is a working leader job and most of your income comes from it. The team. You coach your stylists, set expectations, and help them build their own books. The schedule. You build coverage around when guests actually come in, and how many hours we are open. Hiring, as we grow. You help pick the people who join your team. The product business. The guests are already in front of you, and that number is yours to move. The marketing.

Working the store:

the aisles, the Vision Center, the Auto Care Center. You would be leading it, not watching it. We are not looking for a caretaker. If you want a salon that runs itself, this is not it.
