In our Associate Program, associates work side-by-side with one of our salon educators to refine technical and business skills, as well as learn in-depth product knowledge. Associates follow an educational curriculum and receive monthly coaching and goal setting. During the program, associates are able to work opportunity shifts to start building a clientele and upon completion, are guaranteed a full time position as a stylist in our salon company. We have cultivated a team of inspired individuals, all seeking to maximize their potential and work together in a true team environment.
