Duties Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, blowouts, and special occasion styling using advanced techniques such as hair extensions and hair threading. Perform coloring services with a strong understanding of color theory to achieve desired results safely and effectively. (optional) Offer additional beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care to enhance client satisfaction. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations and store policies. Engage with clients through excellent customer service, offering personalized recommendations for retail products and upselling opportunities. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience in hair styling, coloring, and grooming techniques. Strong knowledge of color theory, hair styling, sanitation practices, and current beauty trends. Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members to ensure a positive experience. Experience with retail sales, upselling products, and retail math to meet sales goals.

Pay:

$14.50 - $75.00 per hour
