Upsell retail items such as hair care products, cosmetics, and accessories to maximize client satisfaction and store revenue. Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in barbering techniques like straight razor shaves or advanced color theory applications. Manage front desk duties including greeting clients, booking appointments, and handling payments with retail math proficiency. Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience working in the beauty industry. Strong knowledge of hair styling, coloring techniques, hair extensions, and hair care products.
