Independent Contractor (1099) | Flexible Schedule About the Opportunity An established wellness and aesthetics practice is seeking a motivated, self-driven Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for an entrepreneurial esthetician who wants the flexibility of being an independent contractor while building their own clientele in a professional spa environment. Position Overview This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. The ideal candidate is responsible for marketing their services, developing and maintaining their own client base, and providing their own products and supplies for specialty esthetic services. What We Provide Private treatment room Facial bed and professional facial equipment Steamer and basic facial equipment Basic facial products and supplies for standard facial treatments Online booking platform Clean, professional spa environment Marketing exposure through the practice's social media platforms when available Contractor Responsibilities Maintain an active Georgia Esthetician license. Build and maintain your own clientele. Provide your own products, supplies, and equipment for advanced or specialty esthetic services. Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain accurate client records. Maintain a clean and professional treatment area in accordance with Georgia regulations. Work independently while contributing to a positive team environment. Location & Availability Requirement Applicants must be able to arrive at the spa within 2 hours of receiving notice for a same-day client appointment. For example, if a client books a service at 10:00 AM for a 12:00 PM appointment, you must be able to arrive at the spa on time and be prepared to perform the scheduled treatment.
