for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking. Engage with clients through effective communication, understanding their preferences and offering personalized recommendations. Upsell retail products such as hair care items, color theory products, and styling tools to boost sales while enhancing client results. Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in hair styling techniques, product knowledge, and customer service excellence. Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling client inquiries professionally. Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong background in cosmetology or barbering. Proficiency in salon software systems like MINDBODY or similar platforms for efficient store management. Skilled in various hair care techniques including coloring, styling, extensions, and hair treatments. Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards within a salon environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and understand their needs. Experience in retail sales with a focus on upselling products such as hair care lines, makeup items, and nail care products.
