• 55% commission (whichever greater) Keep 100% of tips Part-time schedule Responsibilities Perform professional men's haircuts, fades, beard trims, and grooming services for clients of all hair textures and backgrounds Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive client experience Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in accordance with industry regulations Manage appointment scheduling and client services using salon booking systems when needed Recommend grooming products and services based on client needs Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the standards of Theory Salon & Barbershop Work collaboratively with team members to maintain an efficient and welcoming shop environment Qualifications Active barber or cosmetology license required based on state regulations Experience cutting and grooming men's hair in a professional barbershop or salon setting Strong clipper, fading, and precision cutting skills Experience working with all hair textures and styles preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude Ability to work part-time hours Mon•Friday 7am•3pm
