Who We're Looking For Barbers and stylists who are: Passionate about men's grooming and modern style Confident in cutting, fading, styling, and grooming Energetic, friendly, and professional Skilled in both adult and children's cuts Up-to-date with trends and open to innovation Licensed in Louisiana with current Barber or Cosmetology license What You'll Do Deliver high-quality cuts, fades, and styles for men and boys Provide grooming services (beard trims, lineups, scalp treatments, etc.) Create a welcoming experience for clients of all ages Build strong client relationships and encourage repeat business Collaborate with our team on events, promotions, and new services What We Offer Extremley Competitive commissions and tips Volume Bonuses Flexible scheduling Paid training & continuing education Opportunities for career growth and leadership Fun, inclusive, and modern salon environment Marketing and client-building support Ready to Join the Revolution in Men's Grooming?
