We welcome both experienced stylists and newer stylists who are ready to build their clientele. An existing book of business is helpful, but not required. Our salon offers a bright, spacious, professional environment, regular client traffic, flexible scheduling, and a supportive team. What We Offer 50% commission Guaranteed minimum pay of $20 per hour Full-time or part-time opportunities Flexible scheduling Established salon with consistent client traffic Opportunity to build and grow your clientele Health insurance Paid time off Paid training and continuing education Bright, professionally maintained salon Supportive and friendly team environment Convenient Arlington location Compensation Stylists are guaranteed at least $20 per hour . When your earned commission exceeds the hourly guarantee for the pay period, you will be paid 50% commission instead . This gives you the security of guaranteed hourly pay while providing the opportunity to earn substantially more as your clientele grows.
