Licensed Cosmetologist/ Hair Stylist We are seeking a motivated, passionate, and professional Licensed Cosmetologist to join our salon. Whether you are looking for a commission based position or prefer the independence of a chair rental, we offer flexible options to fit your career goals. Position Options Comission Stylist Stylist keeps 60% of service earnings Salon retains 40% of service earnings Using your own booking system Towels included Create your own pricing or use salons pricing If using salons products percentage is 50% each. May use salons styling tools if needed. Chair Rental $250 per week chair rental Enjoy the freedom to build & manage your own business Using your own products and styling tools Using your own Booking system Towels included Create your own pricing Stylists Requirements Current and Valid Cosmetology license Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, professional, and self motivated. Must provide your own professional hair products, styling tools, and equipment needed to perform services. Maintain a clean and organized workstation and follow all state sanitation regulations. Skills Proficiency in hair cutting, coloring, highlightin, balayage, styling, and finishing techniques. Knowledge of currents hair trends, styles, and products. Strong consultation skills to understand clients needs and recommend appropriate services. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Professional appearance and attitude. Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule. Knowledge of state health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Reliable, punctual, and self motivated. Sales skills with the ability to recommend retail products when appropriate. Team oriented with willingness to contribute to a positive salon environment.
