This role involves providing professional hair styling, hair extensions, and other cosmetology services while maintaining excellent customer communication and service standards. The successful applicant will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating creativity, technical skill, and a commitment to client satisfaction. Duties Perform a variety of cosmetology services. Apply hair extensions with precision and care to enhance clients' appearance, otherwise we will TRAIN you to be certified in Hair Extensions Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations. Maintain a clean and organized work station in compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in the beauty industry to offer innovative services. Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring client satisfaction throughout their visit. Educate clients on hair care routines and product recommendations to promote healthy hair. Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client flow and service delivery.
Qualifications Proven some or none experience working in the beauty industry as a cosmetologist or hairstylist. Strong skills in hair care, styling, and applying hair extensions. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and consultation. Knowledge of current trends in hair styling and cosmetology techniques. Ability to provide high-quality customer service in a professional manner. Certification or licensing as required by local regulations for cosmetologists. Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for helping clients look and feel their best.
