South Yarmouth, MA Blacksmith Barbershop is looking for a Licensed Barber or Barber Apprentice who takes pride in their craft and wants to build a long-term career in a professional, high-quality barbershop. We are focused on delivering one of the best grooming experiences on Cape Cod through exceptional service, attention to detail, consistency, and a strong team culture. New barbers may begin with approximately 6 clients per day , with the opportunity to grow as their clientele develops. Established barbers at Blacksmith regularly serve approximately 10-13 clients per day , creating strong weekly earning potential for motivated professionals. Compensation is based on a 50/50 commission structure . Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: A Licensed Barber or Barber Apprentice in Massachusetts Passionate about the barbering profession Reliable and punctual Professional in appearance and attitude Friendly and confident when communicating with clients Positive and team-oriented Coachable and interested in improving their skills Focused on providing excellent customer service Committed to maintaining a clean and professional workspace Responsibilities Provide high-quality haircuts and grooming services Deliver an excellent client experience from start to finish Consult with clients to understand their desired style Build lasting relationships and encourage repeat business Maintain a clean and organized workstation Follow shop cleanliness and sanitation standards Recommend grooming products when appropriate Support a positive and professional team environment Our Standard At Blacksmith Barbershop, barbering is about more than just cutting hair.
