The Role We are looking for a passionate, talented, and motivated Hairstylist to join our growing team. Whether you are an established stylist with a loyal following or a rising star looking to build your book, we want to hear from you. You should be an expert in your craft, a great communicator, and someone who thrives in a collaborative salon environment. What You'll Do Provide a full range of hair services, including precision cutting, advanced coloring (Balayage, highlights, etc.), styling, and treatments. Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs and deliver customized results. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the industry. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workstation. Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and luxury experience for every guest.

What We're Looking For Experience:

preferred 1 year of experience behind the chair preferred.

Licensing:

Valid Maryland Cosmetology License.

Mindset:

A positive, professional attitude and a "hunger" to keep learning.
