We are seeking an experienced licensed stylist with an existing clientele. Duties Provide expert hair styling, cutting, coloring, and texturing services tailored to each client's preferences and features Build and maintain long-term client relationships through outstanding customer service Perform professional consultations and recommend services and home care products Utilize salon software, Gloss Genius for appointment scheduling, client records management and retail sales tracking Work collaboratively with the salon team to create a welcoming atmosphere Maintain a clean, organized and sanitized workstation Stay current with industry trends and techniques Experience Active Maryland Cosmetology License (required) 3+ years of salon experienced preferred Existing clientele preferred Knowledge of color theory, hair coloring techniques, and advanced styling methods Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their beauty goals Professional, reliable and team-oriented Schedule Full time or Part time Flexible schedule to fit your needs Embark on a rewarding career where your passion for beauty meets exceptional service!
