Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and talented booth rental Cosmetologist to join our vibrant beauty team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional hair, skin, or nail services that leave clients feeling confident and beautiful. Your expertise in hair styling, coloring, extensions, and skincare will help create personalized experiences that keep clients coming back. As a key member of our salon, you will also engage in retail sales, client communication, and maintain a clean, sanitized environment to ensure safety and satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for all clients. Duties Provide professional hair styling, cutting, coloring, and hair extension services tailored to each client's preferences and needs Perform skincare treatments, makeup application, eyelash extensions, and nail care services with precision and artistry Utilize your choosing of salon software for appointment scheduling, client records, and retail transactions Maintain strict sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and work areas in accordance with health regulations Engage with clients through effective communication to understand their beauty goals and recommend appropriate treatments or products Upsell retail products through knowledgeable advice on hair care, color theory, and other beauty essentials to enhance client results Mentor junior staff or apprentices to promote skill development within the team Support store management by handling retail math calculations and contributing to a positive team environment Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a Cosmetologist or Barbering professional is preferred Expertise in hair care techniques including coloring, styling, threading, and applying hair extensions Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff Strong understanding of color theory for effective hair coloring results Experience performing eyelash extensions and makeup application is highly desirable Excellent communication skills for client consultation and team collaboration; ability to upsell retail products effectively Prior store management experience or leadership roles within a salon setting is a plus Join us if you're passionate about enhancing beauty through innovative techniques and outstanding customer service!
