- For Newly Licensed with little experience: Paid Training Program Paid Training Program (30 hours): Paid Training Program is a comprehensive hands-on experience that provides training in the areas of technical skills, guest handling, and business building.
As an associate, you work with one dedicated educator/service provider to grow into a skilled technician. The shop provides an environment for growth, learning, and support. It is our commitment that every person who graduates from our 30-hour program will have all of the skills necessary for success in our industry. We have classes (technical and personal) throughout the year that you can attend and we'll pay you to attend them. When you start working on clients, you should expect 3 to 5 on a full day, depending on the location and your comfort level. We'll show you how to provide a great experience for each client so they'll want to come back to see you. As you grow in your skills (technical and personal) you'll build a clientele. As your retention rate increases your sales will increase and you'll be eligible to move up a level. This will increase your income. We'll show you what you can expect for your income your first year, second year, and so on. We have stylists/barbers earning over $70,000 per year averaging less than 40 hours per week and they still have several levels to go. More income equals more choices.
