What You'll Do:

• Provide expert cuts, color, styling, and treatments tailored to all hair types—whether it's straight, curly, textured, or coily.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and personalized consultations.
• Recommend and utilize MG Studio's plant-based product line to enhance your clients' experience.
• Keep a clean, organized, and welcoming station that reflects our high standards.
• Stay updated on the latest techniques, trends, and product knowledge to keep your skills sharp.

What We're Looking For:

• Active Michigan Cosmetology License (required).
• 2+ Years of Professional Experience preferred.
• Strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, and styling across various hair types.
• A reliable, professional, and client-focused approach.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a supportive salon environment.
