We are in an incredible location with the ability to grow your clientele, quickly. We have multiple walk and call ins daily Summary As a Hairstylist/Cosmetologist, you will be a key member of our beauty team, delivering personalized hair care, styling, coloring, and extensions to clients. You will provide exceptional customer service, maintain sanitary standards, and stay current with industry trends. This role reports to the salon manager and collaborates with front desk and retail teams to ensure a seamless guest experience. Your expertise in cosmetology, color theory, and sanitation will drive client satisfaction, retention, and salon success. Responsibilities Provide hair care services including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments tailored to client needs and preferences. Perform hair extensions, weaving, and straight razor services as appropriate while maintaining sanitation and safety standards. Offer makeup application, eyelash extensions; upsell retail products and services when suitable. Maintain client relationships through excellent customer service, scheduling, and front-desk assistance; manage appointments using salon software. Ensure all tools and stations are sanitized, organized, and compliant with health regulations; mentor junior staff as needed. Qualifications Proven experience as a hairstylist or cosmetologist with a strong portfolio in hair styling, coloring, and extensions Excellent customer service and sanitation practices; knowledge of color theory and barbering basics Proficiency with beauty industry software and point-of-sale systems; ability to upsell and upsell retail products Relevant certifications in cosmetology or barbering; experience mentoring junior staff is a plus Multitasking ability in a fast-paced salon environment; strong communication and front desk skills
