Duties Perform professional braiding, hairstyling, and hair care services tailored to each client's preferences and hair type Deliver expert nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, and intricate nail art with precision and care Provide a variety of massage therapies such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, sports massage, and occupational health massages to promote relaxation and pain relief Conduct thorough client assessments to understand individual needs and develop customized treatment plans Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to health and safety standards while ensuring client comfort throughout treatments Communicate effectively with clients about their treatment options, progress, and aftercare instructions Stay current on industry trends and techniques to continually enhance service quality and client satisfaction Skills Strong patient service orientation with excellent communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients Deep knowledge of physiology and anatomy relevant to massage therapy and bodywork practices Experience in trigger point therapy, prenatal massage, sports massage, Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and pain management techniques Ability to assess client needs accurately through patient assessment skills and medical terminology understanding Familiarity with occupational health standards and med spa environments is a plus CPR certification for emergency preparedness during treatments Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor that promotes client loyalty Knowledge of medical terminology related to bodywork therapies for clear communication with clients and healthcare professionals This role is ideal for passionate professionals eager to make a positive impact on clients' lives through expert beauty services and therapeutic massages.
