Job Description

$3,000 sign on bonus for full-time and $1,500 for parttime Experienced Hair Stylist - Guaranteed $19/Hour + Tips & Commission 7th Street Salon in Monticello is growing, and we're looking for experienced, licensed hairstylists to join our team! We are a busy, full-service salon offering haircuts, color, styling, treatments, waxing and more. With a guaranteed wage of $19 per hour, plus tips and commissions, stylists have the opportunity to earn approximately $25-$35+ per hour, depending on performance and clientele. What we're looking for: An active Minnesota cosmetology license Previous salon experience Confidence performing haircuts, color and other salon services Strong customer-service and communication skills A dependable, positive and team-oriented attitude A passion for helping guests look and feel their best If you're an experienced stylist looking for dependable hourly pay, additional earning potential and the opportunity to grow with a welcoming local salon, we would love to meet you!
