We are looking for the next stylist/barber ready to push boundaries in the hair industry. Responsibilities Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and barbering techniques. Utilize salon software, including MEEVO, for appointment scheduling and client management. Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with sanitation standards. Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations. Upsell retail products and services to enhance the client experience. Assist with front desk operations including greeting clients and managing appointments. Demonstrate strong communication skills while interacting with clients and team members. Handle retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently using retail math principles. Requirements Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by state regulations. Proficiency in hair styling techniques, color theory. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on building lasting client relationships. Knowledge of sanitation practices within the beauty industry. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new techniques are essential for success in this role.
