European Wax Center is a national brand with the support of a small business. Offering exclusively-waxing services gives each wax specialist the ability to perfect their craft with consistent training and clientele! Most specialists average $16/hr straight after training and grow to $20+ within their first few months with our consistent clientele and national name recognition! Qualifications Willing to learn and perform new waxing techniques. Comfortable performing all body and facial waxing services offered at EWC. Ability to work flexible morning and evening hours. Ability to work weekends. A positive, friendly, upbeat and personable demeanor. An ability to work independently with limited supervision. A professional appearance at all times. Full understanding of the EWC values, vision and strategy. Required license or certification Esthetician/Cosmetology. We pay our Wax Specialists per Hour, PLUS Commission on Services and Product Sales! Our waxer compensation model includes bonus structures for service sales, product sales, and training, along with our Employee Retention Program that rewards team members every year! Set schedule with nights, days, and Saturdays. 4 days a week with shifts ranging from 6-8 hours per day. (24-28 hours per week)
