Color skills are a bonus, but we are looking for someone who's passionate about cutting, someone who can move confidently between short cuts, long layers, texture work, and disconnected styles, and who takes real pride in the craft of a cut. We're a thoughtfully designed, well-branded salon built for stylists who want to grow without burnout. Job Description This role is for a stylist who delivers high-quality hair services while creating a warm, thoughtful, and professional guest experience. This position is ideal for someone who values consistency, growth, and collaboration, and who takes pride in both their craft and how they show up for guests and teammates. Stylists work independently behind the chair while actively participating in the culture, education, and standards of the salon.

Core Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality hair services with a strong focus on hair cutting as well as dimensional color, blonding, and lived-in color that work best for each client's individual needs and texture Strong, versatile haircutting across textures and lengths Confidently execute blonding techniques such as foils, balayage, foilayage, root melts, toning, and glossing Conduct thorough consultations to understand guest goals, lifestyle, and maintenance needs Educate guests on at-home care, maintenance, and future service planning Create a calm, welcoming, and professional experience for every guest Maintain a clean, organized workstation and shared spaces Rebook guests and support long-term client retention Participate in ongoing education, team meetings, and growth conversations Communicate clearly and professionally with guests, teammates, and leadership Uphold salon policies, service standards, and guest experience expectationsThis position is designed for a stylist who wants to continue growing their skills, earnings, and confidence in a supportive, structured environment.

Compensation:

Base hourly pay plus uncapped commission and performance-based bonuses Our uncapped commission model is built to grow with you. Commission rates are reassessed every 90 days based on your average service sales, so as your bookings and performance improve, your earning potential increases with no cap.

Scheduling Options:

Evening and every-other weekend availability required 4-day workweeks Schedule flexibility available after one year For this role, we are looking for a stylist to work 32 hours per week over four days.
