Responsibilities Provide expert hair styling services including cuts, blowouts, updos, and special occasion styles with enthusiasm and precision Perform hair coloring techniques utilizing color theory principles to achieve desired shades and effects Apply hair extensions to enhance client looks with attention to detail Use salon software such as Zenoti for scheduling appointments, client management, and retail sales tracking Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools and workstations regularly in compliance with health regulations Offer personalized hair care advice and product recommendations to clients, upselling retail items effectively Assist with front desk duties including client check-in/out, appointment confirmations, and answering inquiries with excellent communication skills Mentor junior stylists and team members to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment Qualifications Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a hairstylist or barber with a strong portfolio of work Proficiency in salon software such as Zenoti for appointment scheduling and client management Skilled in various hair techniques including hair coloring, styling, hair extensions, hair threading, and makeup application Knowledge of sanitation practices, store management procedures, and retail math for upselling products Certification in Cosmetology from an accredited program.
