In this role, you will deliver exceptional hair styling, coloring, and hair care services, along with expert esthetic treatments that enhance our clients' natural beauty. Duties Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, blowouts, styling, and hair extensions tailored to each client's preferences. Perform expert hair coloring using advanced techniques and color theory principles to achieve vibrant, personalized results. Conduct esthetic treatments such as facials, skin care consultations, makeup application, and hair threading to enhance clients' overall appearance. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and adhering to health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff. Offer personalized product recommendations and upsell retail items like hair care products and skin care essentials to boost sales. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with experience working in the beauty industry. Must have established clientele Strong knowledge of hair care, hair coloring, hair extensions, and Skin Care. Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their needs. Ability to perform sanitation procedures meticulously while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Experience in store management or retail math is a plus for upselling opportunities. Passionate about continuing education in areas like color theory and advanced styling techniques to stay current with industry trends.
