What we are looking for NJ Cosmetology license is a requirement A minimum of three years behind the chair preferred A stylist that is confident in most areas of cutting and coloring (ideally in both short and long hair, but all skilled professionals will be considered) A self-starter and a team player A stylist with a following and/or weekend availability A stylist who is professional and punctual Experience in online booking systems like DaySmart, is a plus but not required What we offer 50% service commission with no backbar or other fees taken out 10% retail commission Weekly direct deposit Free 1 on 1 hands on training with the owner Access to 100s of virtual classes through BTC University In person and virtual advanced education classes paid for in full or part (depending on cost and potential sales increases) Paid sick leave through NJ's Earned Sick Leave Our color lines are Schwarzkopf Igora Royal, Vibrance, Vario and Pulp Riot We carry Verb for retail Inquiries and interviews are confidential.
