Your expertise in hair care, extensions, and barbering will help elevate our client experience, ensuring every visit is memorable. Responsibilities Provide expert hair cutting, styling, coloring, and finishing services tailored to each client's preferences and hair type Perform specialized treatments such as hair extensions. Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and products in accordance with health regulations Utilize salon software like Phorest for appointment scheduling, client records management, and retail sales tracking Engage in retail upselling by recommending hair care products, styling tools, and additional services to boost revenue Mentor junior staff or apprentices by sharing techniques and best practices to promote team growth and skill development Stay updated on current trends in hair styling, coloring techniques, and industry innovations such as color theory and barbering styles Requirements Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of diverse hair services Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by local regulations Proficiency with salon software systems Phorest for efficient store management Extensive knowledge of Aveda hair care products, hair coloring techniques, and advanced styling methods Skilled in hair extensions application, brazilian straighteners , and makeup application is a plus Excellent communication skills for client consultation and building rapport Ability to perform sanitation procedures diligently while maintaining a lively and positive attitude Strong retail math skills for upselling products effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction Join us to unleash your creativity in a fast-paced environment where your talents make a real difference!
