Job Description

Blow and Arrow is a full-service upscale salon. We pride ourselves on the highest level of customer service and meeting our client's expectations while providing continuing education, career development, and incentives for our stylists. We are looking for blow out specialist or junior stylists that want to grow with the Blow and Arrow family! If this sounds like you, we'd love for you to apply!

Responsibilities:

Blow your clients away with amazing blow outs opportunity to learn color processes from our amazing master stylists Collaborate with the rest of the salon staff to keep the work area clean and create a pleasant atmosphere for clients

Qualifications:

Must possess a valid cosmetology license 2 years+ salon experience preferred Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills Proven ability to sell products and upsell on services and products Able to come in for a practical interview
