We are looking for a rockstar hair stylist educator who: Has 3+ years experience as a hairstylist or cosmetologist trainer or educator in the beauty industry in a hair salon, barber shop, or spa environment ( newer educators welcome•if you know this is your calling we want to meet you!) Holds a current and valid NYS Cosmetology license Possesses exceptional organizational skills and a strong ability to foster a positive, learning-oriented culture for growth and development Is available to work nights, and weekends Is able to communicate in the best and challenging situations to achieve the desired result and find the best solution for all Has a proven track record of stellar customer service•customers love you! Can pivot easily with grace and stay calm under pressure, and multi task like a pro Why this role is
