Assist with store management tasks when needed, including inventory management and maintaining a welcoming salon atmosphere. Mentor junior team members by sharing expertise in cosmetology, barbering, makeup application, nail care, and customer service excellence. Experience Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a hairstylist or barber with a strong portfolio of diverse styles. Knowledge of hair coloring techniques, including balayage, highlights, and creative color applications. Familiarity with salon software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms for scheduling and client management. Skilled in sanitation practices specific to cosmetology environments to ensure health standards are met consistently. Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients and understand their vision clearly. Experience working with hair extensions, hair threading, makeup application, and nail care is highly desirable.
