Job Description

Duties:
```- Provide barbering and hairstyling services to clients, including haircuts, shaves, trims, and styling.
- Perform color treatments, including color correction, highlights, and lowlights.
- Offer hair extension services to clients seeking length or volume enhancements.
- Provide eyelash extensions and makeup application services.
- Use straight razors for precise and clean shaves.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools.
- Assist with front desk duties, such as scheduling appointments and handling payments.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in barbering and hairstyling.
Skills:
```- Proficient in color theory and able to create customized color formulations for clients.
- Experienced in mentoring and training junior barbers/stylists.
- Familiarity with
MINDBODY
software for appointment scheduling and client management.- Skilled in using straight razors for shaving services.
- Knowledgeable in hair extension application techniques.
- Comfortable providing eyelash extensions and makeup application services.
