for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client preferences and offering personalized recommendations Upsell retail products effectively through retail math and upselling strategies to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue Manage front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and handling payments Mentor junior stylists by sharing expertise in color theory, hair styling techniques, and salon procedures Assist with store management tasks such as inventory control, merchandising, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere Experience Proven experience as a Master Stylist or Barber with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse skills in hair cutting, coloring, styling, and grooming services Proficiency in salon software systems like
