Duties Deliver expert haircuts, trims, and styling services tailored to each client's preferences and facial features Conduct consultations to understand client needs, recommend suitable styles or treatments, and communicate aftercare instructions clearly Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by sterilizing tools, cleaning workstations, and adhering to health regulations Upsell retail products like hair care Assist with front desk duties such as greeting clients, managing appointments, and supporting store management operations Mentor junior team members by sharing techniques in hairstyling, barbering, sanitation practices, and customer service excellence Experience Skilled in hair coloring techniques with an understanding of color theory to achieve desired results Certification in cosmetology or barbering from an accredited program; additional training in eyelash extensions or makeup application is a plus Familiarity with store management principles including retail sales strategies and upselling techniques Experience performing hair extensions, straight razor shaves, hair threading, and nail care services is highly desirable Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with clients professionally while providing personalized recommendations Embark on a rewarding career where your talent transforms lives!
