Responsibilities must have a valid Cosmetologist license , hold a rental space license, and liability insurance Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' preferences and offering expert advice on hair care and styling options Manage client appointments efficiently we use Vagaro salon software Upsell retail products related to hair care, styling tools, and treatments to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue Communicate effectively with clients about their desired looks, hair health, and maintenance routines Assist with front desk duties when needed, including scheduling appointments and greeting clients warmly Stay current on industry trends, new techniques like eyelash extensions or nail care services, and color theory to provide innovative solutions Qualifications Valid cosmetology or barbering license as required by local regulations Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in hair styling, coloring, and hair care products Proficiency with salon software Skilled in various techniques including haircutting , coloring , foiling, wedding up dos Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with clients and team members Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining a clean work environment Ability to upsell retail products effectively while prioritizing client satisfactio This role offers an energetic atmosphere where your talent can shine!
